Lourdes Uranday, MBA
Lourdes Uranday is the HR Principal Consulting with Lourdes Uranday Consulting, and owner of Consultrex, Inc. where she serves as Executive VP and Partner and has been instrumental in helping businesses with over $2.5MM in grant funding. She possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of experience as a HR Executive in corporate America with businesses such as Foster Farms, Dole, Con Agra Foods and a Tier 1 provider to Tesla. She is also experienced in union collective bargaining agreements and negotiations and has served employers from “start-up”, to working for employers with over 3,000 employees throughout California.
Committed to the business community, she has served on the Greater Stockton Employer Advisory Council Board, Central Valley Hispanic Chamber, as Board Secretary, Board Member of the CVHRMA, and is the founder of the Stanislaus County Employer Advisory Council where she was awarded the 2021 Outstanding EAC Chairperson award from the California EAC. She now serves as the VP Region 3 for the California Employer Advisory Council.
Lourdes is an excellent resource for business start-ups, employment laws, staffing, grant writing, training, and business consulting and serves Small Business Development Centers (SBDC’s) throughout the Central Valley and Northern California.
During her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world, preferably near a beach!
