Alfred walks the talk of employee development by teaching personal development workshops, such as methods to develop resilience. He joined Alchemus to help organizations systemize employee development, including purpose and passion.
Alfred has experienced that process and wants to share it. He lived in shelters, group homes, and a foster home while attending six high schools in four years, yet transformed into a career that allowed him to work in 20+ countries. (He is now happily engaged and lives in Modesto).
