Event Sponsor – at your (or a sponsored) location: $0

Why is the price $0? Because instead of paying CVHRMA, the Sponsor is responsible for paying for, or coordinating, the room, food and beverages. We would invite our membership.

As a sponsor, you will receive:

* Five minutes to discuss your product/service at the podium
* A table at the meeting to have materials available for attendees
* An opportunity to collect business cards through a drawing (of a gift you provide)
* Networking opportunities before and after the event

This includes:

* One dedicated media blast sent by email, Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn
* Sponsor will need to provide high resolution logo/artwork for email
* Should include clickable links and images
* Single subject content sent on behalf of CVHRMA

• Exclusive exposure in CVHRMA monthly meeting E-blast notifications prior to conference sent to our extensive mailing list, with the Sponsor’s logo linked to Sponsor’s website.
• Exclusive exposure in all conference advertisements prior to the conference, sent to our extensive mailing list with the Sponsor’s logo.
• Exposure on CVHRMA social media pages with the sponsor’s logo and link to sponsor’s website prior to conference.
