Single Event Sponsorship – $500
Your support helps our mission – to provide local HR education and resources to the Central Valley.
As a sponsor, we will support you by:
* Sponsor name, logo & tagline on event website as Event Sponsor
* Coordinated networking with our membership before and after the event
* Announcing your sponsorship three times before the event and once after the event (via email, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter)
You will also receive:
* Ten minutes to discuss your product/service at the podium (prior to the presentation)
* Sponsor name with logo (8.5 x 11) on registration table
* An additional table at the meeting to have materials available for attendees
* An opportunity to collect business cards through a drawing (of a gift you provide). Legally, we can’t give out members’ details, but it’s fine if they give you their information.
* Two additional event tickets, including lunch

Event data: We are in the process of expanding our efforts to have more attendees in each event. The results have been:
158 attendees in May: 60 in-person (sold out) and 98 virtual via Zoom
In June, we did not do the registration as we partnered with other organizations.
68 attendees in July: all virtual
43 attendees in August, virtual and in-person, focused on companies with $25MM+ in sales
Each event is unique, as we are trying different way to reach out to our membership and the general public. The above numbers represent recent efforts to partner with local organizations to increase attendance. Contact us to discuss which event you would like to explore sponsoring.
