Katie Fox is the Human Resources Director for Sysco Central California, where she supports the strategic vision behind day-to-day people practices that drive business success. With 15 years of experience in the HR field, Katie brings a strong background in employee relations, leadership support, and organizational effectiveness.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Pre-Law, which informs her thoughtful, balanced approach to people strategy and compliance. Katie is passionate about developing leaders and fostering continuous learning, and she looks forward to supporting the advanced education of CV SHRM’s members.
