Jorge Lustre
I am one of eight children, the youngest son, and the only one in my family to continue formal education. As the son of farm workers, I grew up understanding the value of hard work, resilience, and community—lessons that continue to shape who I am today. Helping people has always been my natural way of being, not just a career choice.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Management, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. I have been a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success since 2020 and earned my SHRM-SCP certification in December 2024. I am bilingual and deeply connected to the communities I serve.
I am passionate about Human Resources and leadership development because I believe growth happens when people feel seen, supported, and equipped to succeed. Serving on the SHRM board allows me to give back and support ongoing professional development for members and our community.
