Jim Welsh is a senior finance and human resources executive who works closely with owners, boards, and leadership teams in closely held and mid-market organizations. His career sits at the intersection of financial leadership, people strategy, governance, and compliance, where he helps organizations bring clarity, discipline, and sound judgment to complex situations.

With a background as a CPA and SHRM-SCP, Jim has served in Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer roles and now advises leaders on financial oversight, workforce planning, risk management, and California employment compliance. He works most often with construction, nonprofit, professional services, and faith-based organizations.
