Janelle Shears is a human resources and healthcare executive with broad experience in leadership, compliance, and employee relations. She holds advanced professional credentials, including SPHR and SHRM-SCP, and has been an active SHRM member since 2010. Janelle currently serves as Secretary for Central Valley SHRM, where she proudly supports the chapter’s mission to strengthen and grow the HR profession in the region. She is also the Director of Human Resources at Hughson Samaritan Village, where she leads recruiting, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and workforce development.
