Q3 President Message
Hello CVHRMA Members,
It is my pleasure to be serving you in a new capacity, as chapter President. I have learned a lot over the past three years as I volunteered on the Executive Board. I plan to use that knowledge and those connections to continue to help our chapter grow and thrive. CVHRMA will remain focused on increasing membership engagement, expanding our advocacy efforts, and enhancing our communication and branding. In addition, the Board will strive to bring content, resources and topical experts to meet the memberships expressed needs in an ever changing business climate.
Although we are all saddened by the resignation of Dawn Tacker, we wish her continued success in our field and life. Dawn has made tremendous contributions to this chapter and the Human Resources industry within our community. She will be missed.
I am delighted to announce that Christina Alger will be your new President Elect. Christina brings a wealth of knowledge to the board and our membership. She has previously served as your Vice President of Communications. Please join me in welcoming her to this role.
I look forward to seeing each of you at our monthly luncheons and at our annual fall conference. Should you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out.
